Movie Review

Here in this blog I am reviewing a movie as well as expressing my feelings.

The movie is RAJNEETI. It has an amazing star cast & some of the best performances as well as worst. The movie is based on Indian politics & focuses on a human mentality which is universal emotion & i.e hunger. Hunger is emotion which can make a person do anything, even murder. So was correctly shown in the movie, which showed that in politics there is only one emotion which is prominent & i.e. hunger, hunger not for air, food but hunger for power. No other emotion is as valuable as the hunger for power.

This movie, I saw twice & understood that the above mentioned emotion is not unique to Indian people but is an universal emotion.

Getting back to the movie................. Prakash Jha the director producer of the movie Rajneeti has obviously made a good movie but has made even better movies in the past like Gangagal.

The best part in the movie is the actor Manoj Bajpai. He is known to be a superb actor & obviously a pleasure to watch. 10/10 to him for his talent & his ability to keep the audience entertained.

Nassirudin Shah has a small role. Must have been used for a more powerful picture. Same for Ajay Devgan who too was totally wasted. I hated that he was underused & hated it even more when Ajay Devgan died in the end. But he still was good.

Nana Patekar was ok because we have seen the best of him in the past.

Arjun Rampal was again OK.

Now some of the supporting actors were really really good but is bad thing on my part of not knowing their names.

Last but not the least Ranbir Kapoor & Katrina Kaif. Katrina Kaif should restrict herself only dancing, singing  & romancing and roaming around trees. She  cannot & cannot do any serious acting as she looks terribly funny. Ranbir Kapoor, better only because he was given a powerful role. To this role he has done little justice. Otherwise there is nothing good about him.

The best thing about the movie is politics, which is well projected. But one thing I have been thinking is that, how come people in politics keep their brain so much occupied that they never get time to get normal sleep. One more thing well shown in the movie is that politicians think Indians to be a foolish public. How can this think happen?????????????  There has been a lot of change in the Indian thinking patterns. Hope they are well versed about this fact.

I was talking to one of my friends. He says that living standards in India are not up to the mark. I would probably agree to this as I have seen no other country so as to use it as a control. But more & more people are not liking India due to various factors. My only view is why are such dissatisfied people existing in this world. Y can they only see bad & not good in India. Thats the point of debate & debate with no conclusion.
